When he and a crew of misfits incorporate themselves in the girls lives things change. Each one brings his own colorful world to one of the women and the ladies throw all the rules out the window but will what they have to offer be enough?This is an odd mismatched grouping of different personalities and colors. Each woman has their own reasons for entering in a relationship with these men. The men are seemingly more certain than the woman but continue to do everything they can to convince them to stay in the game. A series of events shape and mold each relationship and put them to the test and each couple must decide if the relationship they have is worth the risk.The Ying Yang Effect was a great read with very strong male characters taking on even stronger woman characters. The mismatching of couples only added more spice to the story. Ms Littlejohn has given us a topic worthy of discussion with a touch of humor spread through out. Neil and Jacob run Secrets Inc and that have the old magic in them and has sought out and found the women that are their mates. They have hired these women to be their assistant. Unknown to the women they are present for the mating. The men already have some magical powers and it attracts the women and makes them want them. But there is a ritual of sharing of sexual partners to bring the power forth in the women and make the men’s stronger. Neil doesn’t really want to share Meg with Jacob but he did like the idea of seeing Tina and Meg together. He was in love with Meg and once the ritual was over it was going to be only them without Jacob and Tina. Enjoy some hot sex tonight in Ms. Paper’s new Lick Me. This is Hot and Lots of it. The storyline is brief but there is enough of it for the reader to understand what it going on. There is lots of sex and lots of sharing as they have their ritual orgy. This one gets to it fast and as I said the storyline is short. Is it worth the risk? Scott Leighton is a Navy SEAL that is a superior officer to Alexis. He has fallen hard for her trying at every chance he gets to see her and get close enough to convince her that they belong together. He is willing to risk everything just to be with her. He believes that she is the one that there is no room for another woman. Alexis and Scott clash in more ways than one. Their relationship is based on mutual attraction that breaks into something more. However, as confident as one party is the other always seems to have reservations about the other. If they want to be together the must overcome many obstacles and work for the same goal. This was a great love story with a couple that works well together and great background characters. The storyline is a great one; very easily believable. Megalodon Team: Harrier's Healer is a great romance deserving to be read. The only problem I have is that there seems to be quite a bit of jealousy among the main couple just a bit too much for me, but it doesn't take anything away from the story itself. I look forward to reading more of Ms. Burke's work. She must go in search of herself and find her own path to happiness. Not only does she crave sexual attention, she craves being dominated by the right man. When Jubal comes to town, he blows her away with his sexual expertise and dangerous charm. Lizbeth finds herself falling quickly for this man although his reasons for being in town are not what she expects. Jubal is searching for his half-brother and stumbles upon the beautiful Lizbeth. He is instantly smitten and must claim her for his own. She is a spitfire and all that he could possibly want for a lover. When he discovers her secret, he must prove to her that she can trust him, and love him, all the while convincing his half-brother that the man who abandoned him years ago, wishes to make peace. Ms. Valmont has written a beautiful story with Cajun Fire. I read it within a few hours. I found myself grinning and laughing, angry and jealous. These are just a few of the emotions I felt while reading this intriguing tale. The sex is written tastefully with such intensity, one cannot help craving some sex of their own. I particularly enjoyed Jubal, who in my opinion is a true hero. He fought for what he wanted, loving and accepting Lizbeth, and kicking ass for her. This book is also written with a little BDSM which makes the love scenes all the more exciting. I recommend buying this book for your torrid shelf. With his growing feelings for her he wants to please her in every way he can which leads to the uncovering of Maureen his alter ego. By day both play their roles well as everyday people but when the work day is done all bets are off. Beverly becomes a submissive and Mark very dominant. Needing to understand her better Mark develops Maureen who befriends Beverly in order to find out her darkest secrets and what makes her tick. This was a great read. It is very hot and steamy never lacking in the sex department. The characters were very believable in who they are portrayed as. This was a quick read great for when you haven't a lot of time but want a story that packs a great punch. Once she is certain he is the man she asks him to leave but he refuses because he has been warned that she would get cold feet. They share a night of hot hot passion and in the morning he doesn’t want it to end. However, Jule has been hurt and she isn’t willing to believe that he fell for her at first sight. She finally agrees to after some romancing to go with the flow and see how things turn out. Fast pace, hot sex, and great characters sum up this story. Ms. Lee didn’t waste time giving us all the details up front, you have to read the story to learn them as they are slowly given out in the telling of this romance about love at first sight. A week later she starts receiving gifts, not just for her but for her apartment complex. Victor is going all out to win her. Fast pace love story, the characters are believable and it is easy to picture each scene as they are well described. The flow is smooth and the storyline is interesting. This is a good Christmas love story especially when you are looking for a short story. She and Jonathon hit it off right away, he is easy to talk to and friendly and she believes he would be good company. Jenny invites him over and their feeling for each other begin shifting from friendship to sexual. Jonathon helps decorate her Christmas tree then goes to a late Mass with her. He doesn’t believe in Santa, or he didn’t but after spending time with Jenny he was a changed man and knew Santa was real. He explains but Jenny knew Santa was real all along. Short, Sweet, but not innocent, these lovers know what they want and are willing to go for it. This romance has only begun but it seems like it has a good base to build upon. The author Victoria Blisse has squeezed a lot into this short story, and while I normally like stories that are a little longer, there are times when a short tale is exactly what I want. She learns that John is very married, with a baby and one on the way. Still he comes to her home and makes love to her. She suffers wicked guilt over their love making but she cannot resist him, she still loves him as much as ever. John is loving and caring and demanding answers about why she left time. Can their love work through the problems without hurting anyone? Good love lost story, with enough emotions to make tears leave my eyes. The characters are intense, believable, and interesting as they drew me into their love life. The sex was naughty and scintillating as the couple slip around as they had in high school, then bold as Dane invites John to stay the night in her bed and he accepts. They finally see each other naked for the first time as adults, which moves them from the memories to the present. I enjoyed this story and when I discovered the depth of Dane’s love for John I knew she was stronger than most of us to be able to walk away when necessary, and bold enough to walk up and admit an embarrassing mistake when necessary. He has a few 5 star restaurants to his name as well as his own cooking show, which feeds his ego as he is paired with other chefs to compete and he reigns supreme.He intends to beat Diana when he finds out that she is his next opponent it’s either that or he looses his show after a scandalous past season. Diana Radford has moved on since her divorce to a worm and has managed to make a disastrous piece of land into a prime dining experience in a tropical local. She now has begrudgingly taken on the competition of a cook off with one the business’s best chefs. She is looking at it as free publicity for her restaurant nothing more. As Diana and Chance meet things heat up and not just in the kitchen. They are both intensely attracted to another and allow the distraction to happen during the filming of the competition show. However things do not go as smooth as they would like, there is deception in the ranks that may tear them apart and damaged what they have forever. This was a great read. It was like Rachel Ray meeting Iron Chef America with a great romance thrown in the mix. Great chemistry between Diana and Chance and the extras fall right into place. But when daylight appears and she confronts the man on deck she finds out that it’s not Jason but Luke and she has been dumped.Luke Peer has bought the boat from Jason, who said he left a surprise on the boat for Luke. He is headed toward Hawaii when he meets his surprise. It happens to be a woman named Cindi that Jason has just dumped. He is sure that he will like this surprise.As they meet and discover what Jason has done and that he has done it before to other women; Cindi feels betrayed and Luke feels lucky and cant believe anyone would let this woman go. They have an immediate attraction that eventually becomes to hard to resist. Each declaring that they could just have a fling until feelings begin to get in the way and each begins to want much more.This was a hot and steamy story of betrayal, lust and love. Great characters and a realistic plot line make this story work. Cindi and Luke’s encounter burn up the pages leaving you wishing for any way to cool down. If you’re looking for hot and sexy than Willing to Tease is for you. This was my first read from Ms. Renn but it will not be my last. She knows that open marriage or not, she wants more for her life than a man she has to sneak around to see. Robert wants more for them, but she refuses to believe him and it’s only when she gets a special visitor that she sees the truth about their feelings. A good story that is sexy, satisfying and very well written, it’s the first of Ms. Bohmer’s and it won’t be the last. This is one of those stories that make for great lunchtime reading and it is highly recommended. Something Old, Something New, is a story about Liz, a woman who has to decide between her old flame, Jason and a new life. Filled with anguish and passion, she knows that her whole life rests on the decision she has to make, but is love enough to make her walk away from the security she has always dreamed of? While I don’t like cheating stories, I can say that Ms. Graison has handled this one admirably. Liz and Jason are both sympathetic, even though her gold-digging ways make you wonder about her. Well written, and interesting, it is another great story for the Torrid Teaser Line. He hadn’t believed that Liv like him, and he had been suspicious of the blind date, but Liv had described an beautiful, sexy woman. Liv had also said that if Merci had a good time tonight he would get lucky. When he knocked and a beautiful black woman opened the door he thought he had the wrong address and was disappointed because she was a knock out. Merci hadn’t been shocked that he was white, but she was amused that Liv hadn’t told Chris that she was black. She knew that Liv’s intent had been to embarrass Chris and made him look back. But it had been an awkward moment for herself also and that was wrong. Chris while handsome as described wasn’t at all like the Chris she had been expecting. Liv had described a guy that was only interested in his pleasure and that would get her drunk to seduce her, a guy that thought he was God’s Gift. Chris must have sent a body double. This guy was really cute. When he didn’t even attempt to kiss her goodnight at the end of the evening she knew Liv everything Liv said had been wrong. This is a interesting storyline. A short story but packed with detail, the characters while not fleshed out have enough detail to understand the surprise and pleasure of actually liking a blind date. The way the story unfolds I felt like I was on the date with them, learning about the characters as the evening progressed. The author has done an excellent job on the story, and I look forward to reading more tales by her. The sexual situation was intense. If you are looking for a short story this one is a winner. Darian would do anything for Sandy, he loved her but only as a friend or sister. He wasn’t sexually interested in her but a promise made was a promise he would keep. Neither of them had a family worth mentioning. So, together they had stood beside each other over the years. Opposite to Darian, Sandy had made it clear that she was in love with Darian and wanted a physical relationship with him. Now she had one chance to convince him they were right for each other, and if she failed she was prepared to move on. I enjoyed the role reversal in this story, and the confidence Sandy has in admitting her desire for Darian while he insisted he sees her as a sister. The characters are believable as is the storyline. While it is a short story there are multi sex scenes and that will keep you titillated, and the story is interesting and fast paced. Paul with hardly any extra encouragement from her other than her showing up at his front door in a sexy outfit and a smile is suddenly eager to have sex with his sexy neighbor. They loving is hot then she learns he has a good reason to avoid women. Has she placed herself in danger? Although this is a short story it has a lot of information. The characters have adequate background information for this length story. The characters are interesting and I enjoyed that the female character accepted the blame for the situations she got herself into although they were embarrassing for her. A loving mother and family woman that is also holding down a job with a difficult boss is a plight that many young woman find themselves in these days and Julia seems to handle that part of her life well. When the criminals turn out to be someone that Emma knows, everything changes as they are both swept into a battle to stay alive. This is the first book I’ve read by Ms. Burnett and it won’t be the last. While more sensual than erotic, the love scenes were well written and the story was interesting enough without the need for more sex. The attraction between the Josh and Emma was strong enough to feel and the way the author built on it made this a wonderful romance story. Only by keeping them close really close can Jack keep them safe. Love blooms between the two of them and it begins to feel like home. But the bad guys are playing for keeps and they kidnap Jack's new family. Will he be able to save them in time? This was an enjoyable story. Ms. Hill is an excellent writer. While I had trouble warming up to either Crystal or Jack, the twists and turns of the mystery kept me reading. More of a mystery story, the romance was secondary and was an added benefit. I really loved the ending a twist that totally surprised me and made me say yay now all the loose ends are tied together. Kudos to the author for a great mystery story. Mr. Bishop has a wonderful way of writing that paints word pictures in the reader’s mind. I’ve been to New Zealand and could almost taste the tea made in the billy can as he described it. There were quite a few people in this story. The premise of the story was truly interesting and thought provoking. Although touted as a torrid romance, I was more interested in the story line than the sexual encounters and would like to see this author do a mystery or suspense story. Told from Trish’s point of view we are not always privy to Patrick’s thoughts and I feel the author did this on purpose to keep you on the edge of suspense. When Bailey’s boyfriend comes to visit, she is caught between her new world and her old. What decision will she make? Ms. Hill can write. She’s taken an often used theme and breathed fresh life into it. The relationship between Doug and Bailey is hot and memorable, as is their reactions to each other and the circumstances they find themselves in. It is a simple story that shows what happens when someone unexpected comes into their life and adds love into the equation. The sex scenes are very well written, hot, hot, hot and many. The author has a way of describing everything in a way that makes you feel like you are right in bed with the characters. Circumstances bring out the truth too quickly and Amber must decide if what she feels is real enough to keep her here in this ancient land. This story was a little rushed for my taste, and I had difficulty buying into the idea of a woman who went from being chained and lied to, to suddenly falling in love, all in less than an evening. There were some editing mistakes, like having a zipper in an ancient Egyptian gown that made me blink. But…I really like Ann Cory’s writing. This is the second one of hers that I have read and her style is full and rich. The love scenes between Seth and Amber were absolutely wonderful and warmed me right up. I liked Jessica’s drive and spirit and though some of her reactions were a little unlikely, some, as in the confrontation with the ex-girlfriend was dead on. I wasn’t as fond of Mike. He didn’t have the depth I would have liked to see, and his strength of character in how he dealt with Jessica was lacking. That said, I enjoyed the story. The love scenes were tender and passionate, and the book was infused with tidbits of humor and information that was fun and fascinating. Ms. Janz is a talented writer who can build word pictures in your mind and I think those who are looking for a simple sweet romance story, will enjoy Sinful Innocence. The characters are well written and there is sufficient background information. It was easy to picture the scenes in my mind as though I had been allowed to be the fly on the wall watching the action, exploring the caves, finding a mummy. The sex scene was titillating. I look forward to reading more of Ms. Kelly’s work. He too has had bouts of self doubt over the past few years. What he doesn’t count on is falling hard for the doctor and that she could give him a new lease on life. Ross and Sheridan find themselves on a journey of the soul, mind and body. Though tough times and major obstacles keep getting in their way they are both determined to be with one another. What can I say; Christy Poff has written yet another compelling love story. She tackles a taboo subject with finesse. Wonderful characters tell more than just the main story they tell their own too. I loved viewing this story from many different points. A definite thumbs up!
